When you create an account, we store your email address, a hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google/GitHub, your provider's account ID — never a password), your JC balance, and basic deployment history (which bot, when, and its status).
Your WhatsApp session string and any other bot configuration values you enter on the deploy form are sent directly to our infrastructure provider to run your bot — we don't save them in our own database. If you lose access to a deployed bot's session, you'll need to re-pair it.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It doesn't track you across other sites and isn't used for advertising.
If someone signs up using your referral link, we record the connection between your accounts so we can credit the referral bonus. We don't share either party's email with the other.
You can request a copy of the data we hold on your account, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us. We'll action deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain records for fraud prevention or legal reasons.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
